All birth packages include the following:

  • One 2-hour prenatal appointment to discuss your birth preferences, comfort measures, labor preparation, and postpartum planning

  • Unlimited phone, text, and email support throughout your pregnancy

  • 24/7 on-call availability beginning at 37 weeks

  • Continuous in-person labor and birth support

  • Assistance with Golden Hour (the first hour after birth)

  • Initial Latch & Breastfeeding support if you choose to BF

  • One 2-hour postpartum visit to process your birth experience, answer questions, and support your recovery. Meal and postpartum foot soak included

  • Six weeks of postpartum support via phone, text, and email​

  • Access to a full list of community resources 

  • Use of my birth sling (not provided by hospitals)

Guided Birth Package

Designed specifically for first-time mothers who want education, guidance, and continuous support as they prepare for birth and early motherhood. This package provides the knowledge, reassurance, and hands-on support needed to help you approach birth with confidence and peace.

  • Comprehensive 6 week Childbirth Education Course (required)

  • Virtual prenatal appointment before your in-person appointment to create a personally tailored birth plan prior to meeting​ so you feel confident in your choices

  • Labor and delivery prayer cards

  • Guide to childbirth and what to expect postpartum​

  • 1:1 support in creating a postpartum plan to help you feel supported and ready for what motherhood has to bring

  • Second Postpartum visit

  • Extended postpartum care discounted to 20% off instead of my typical 10% off for previous clients.

Ideal for: First-time mothers who desire personalized education, continuous support, and a trusted guide throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.

Cost: $2,000​

$500 deposit, remaining amount can be split into multiple payments. All payments are due by 37 weeks.

Prepared Birth Package

Designed for mothers who have given birth before but are preparing for their first vaginal, unmedicated, or physiologic birth experience.

Every birth is unique. Whether your previous births included induction, epidural, cesarean birth, or interventions you hope to avoid this time, this package provides the education, preparation, and continuous support needed to help you approach this birth with confidence.

Also included:

  • Comprehensive 6 week Childbirth Education Course (required) If you have completed a previous CBE course and can provide receipt I will consider this satisfactory for the requirement and credit you $150 off your birth support fee. 

  • Labor and delivery prayer cards

  • Access to birth plan template, we will review this at your prenatal appointment

Ideal for: Mothers who have given birth before but desire a more informed, intentional, and physiologic birth experience this time around.

Cost: $1,750

$500 deposit, remaining amount can be split into multiple payments. All payments are due by 37 weeks.

Rooted Birth Package

Designed for mothers who have previously experienced an unmedicated vaginal birth and are seeking trusted support, encouragement, and continuity of care for their next birth journey.

Even experienced mothers deserve support. Whether this is your second, third, or fifth baby, having a knowledgeable and reassuring presence can help you feel confident, supported, and free to focus on the work of labor and welcoming your baby.

Also included:

  • Labor and delivery prayer cards

  • Access to birth plan template, we will review this at your prenatal appointment

Ideal for: Mothers who have previously experienced an unmedicated vaginal birth and desire experienced, personalized support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum period.

Cost: $1,500

$500 deposit, remaining amount can be split into multiple payments. All payments are due by 37 weeks.

I am happy to offer all previous clients discounted pricing of $250 off 

 

Please do not let finances alone determine whether you have a doula present at your birth. I believe every woman deserves support if she desires it. While my pricing reflects the time, care, and commitment I provide to each family, I understand that every situation is unique. If cost is a significant concern, I encourage you to reach out. If I am unable to serve you, I would be happy to connect you with other trusted doulas and resources that may be a better fit.

Postpartum Support Services

The transition into motherhood is beautiful, but it can also be overwhelming. Our Postpartum and Mothers help visits are designed to provide practical, non-medical assistance during the early weeks after birth so that mothers can focus on rest, recovery, and bonding with their baby. Services may include newborn care support, emotional encouragement, light meal preparation, baby laundry, nursery organization, sibling support, assistance with household tasks, and caring for baby while mom showers, naps, or takes time for herself. Whether you're a first-time mother adjusting to life with a newborn or a growing family seeking an extra set of hands, these visits offer compassionate support from an experienced birth doula and mother who understands the unique needs of the postpartum season.

The Village Visit

Newborn & Mother Support Visit

3-Hour Visit | $145

Includes:

  • Emotional support and encouragement

  • Processing your birth experience

  • Feeding support (non-clinical)

  • Newborn soothing techniques

  • Light meal preparation

  • Folding baby laundry

  • Tidying nursery or postpartum recovery areas

  • Caring for baby while mom showers, naps, or takes a break

  • Herbal foot soak

  • Sibling support

 

Please note: Postpartum support services are non-medical in nature and do not include medical advice, lactation counseling, or sleep training.

New Mom Reset Visit

2-Hour Visit | $100

Focused entirely on helping mom catch up and breathe.
Includes:

  • Caring for baby while mom rests, showers, or eats

  • Light housekeeping

  • Laundry assistance

  • Light meal preparation

  • Emotional support and encouragement

  • Herbal foot soak

Postpartum Meal & Recovery Prep

2 Hours | $100

Additional Time | $45 per hour

Includes:

  • Preparing freezer meals

  • Setting up postpartum snack stations

  • Organizing recovery and baby supplies

  • Light household tasks

 

Grocery costs not included.

Fourth Trimester Package

4 Visits (2 Hours Each) | $340

Includes:

  • All items included in the Village Visit​​

  • Four support visits during the first month postpartum

  • Text support between visits

  • Personalized postpartum resource recommendations

 

Perfect for mothers seeking consistent support throughout the transition into motherhood.

Current and past doula clients receive 10% off postpartum support packages as a thank-you for trusting me with your birth journey.

Postpartum support visits are scheduled around active birth client commitments and may occasionally require rescheduling due to labor attendance.
