First Time Mom Package
Designed specifically for first-time mothers who want education, guidance, and continuous support as they prepare for birth and early motherhood. This package provides the knowledge, reassurance, and hands-on support needed to help you approach birth with confidence and peace.

Comprehensive 6 week Childbirth Education Course (required)

Virtual prenatal appointment before your in-person to go over in depth birth plan and preferences prior to meeting so you feel confident in your choices.

Second Postpartum visit
Ideal for: First-time mothers who desire personalized education, continuous support, and a trusted guide throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.

Physiological Birth Preparation Package
Designed for mothers who have given birth before but are preparing for their first vaginal, unmedicated, or physiologic birth experience.
Every birth is unique. Whether your previous births included induction, epidural, cesarean birth, or interventions you hope to avoid this time, this package provides the education, preparation, and continuous support needed to help you approach this birth with confidence.

Comprehensive 6 week Childbirth Education Course (required) If you have completed a previous CBE course and can provide receipt I will consider this satisfactory for the requirement and credit you $150 off your birth support fee.
Ideal for: Mothers who have given birth before but desire a more informed, intentional, and physiologic birth experience this time around.

Experienced Mother Birth Support Package
Designed for mothers who have previously experienced an unmedicated vaginal birth and are seeking trusted support, encouragement, and continuity of care for their next birth journey.
Even experienced mothers deserve support. Whether this is your second, third, or fifth baby, having a knowledgeable and reassuring presence can help you feel confident, supported, and free to focus on the work of labor and welcoming your baby.
Ideal for: Mothers who have previously experienced an unmedicated vaginal birth and desire experienced, personalized support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum period.
